I needed a spare key and fob for my truck. I was able to buy the fob as it was in stock, but had to order the key. I came back couple weeks later, after the key arrived, to have them both programmed. It was a fairly easy process.

I needed my truck serviced and it was time for the 45,000 mile transmission oil and filter to be changed. As usual I turned my truck over to Judy in the service department knowing I was in good hands. The service department has always done a good job in taking care of my Colorado . That is why I keep coming back.

I was lead to believe that I was buying a 100,000 mile/6 year warranty when I purchased my 2021 truck. My transmission went out and when I called the dealership they offered to have a tow truck pick it up. They told me I had roadside assistance. After they retrieved my truck i called to find out what is wrong with it. They said it would need a new transmission. Then proceeded to tell me I am no longer covered under my warranty. I had to pay the dealership for the tow and analysis. I'm not happy about this but what else can I do. I do know I won't buy another vehicle from them.

our 2021 Buick Envision developed electronic issues with interior lights, computer screen etc. Dan at Champion took our car in and through a series of tests and the use of superior electronic meters, the car is now up and running properly. Dan took the time to re-check the car before we picked it up to make sure the fix took. Kudos to Dan, and also the great technician (s) Champion has on the team!

Everyone was very friendly. My car was taken back on time. The only issue I had was in not receiving my multi inspection report in a timely manner and having to return to the dealership to have my tires aired up because the mechanic forgot to do so when changing my oil.

Bad all the way around with the service department. They started by replacing glow plugs on our car then our A/C system quit working magically after they kept my car for a full day to do the glow plugs. They are horrible at follow up and communication. Would not recommend anyone using the service department

Easy drop of, was informed through the process. The only negative comment is that dash cam was deactivated. This is a security measure to prevent young mechanics from cold start reving. My personal security features should not be deactivated or removed.

I dropped my vehicle off on January 29 of 2026. I received an estimate of the repairs that afternoon and gave her approval. It was 16 days before I had any contact with the dealership and I had to call them initially I was told to repair would be done by the following Wednesday, February 3 due to backordered parts when I called in on 13 February parts were apparently still on backorder without any notification to me as a customer, I receive my truck back on February 20 a Friday afternoon I brought it home and parked it in my garage upon waking up on February 21. There was a large put of of engine oil and engine antifreeze on my floor. I contacted the dealership immediately to let them know my findings and I went to investigate for myself and found the undercarriage had not been cleaned at all and I also found a pic approximately 10 inches long hung in my charger cooler fan, which is electric drive. It is currently operating, but who knows for how long I have had several instances with this dealership. I use them for factory recommended services, tire, rotations, and maintenance as needed. I have been misled on service bulletins required for repairs on this truck, for example, I had a vibration in the exhaust. I was told that a seal was on backorder when in fact, the service bulletin published by the national transportation safety board said to source the seal locally I don’t wanna go into too much detail because my phone will melt but OK experience until this last one we’ll see what happens from here.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm. I was slightly early and it was for the first service and a problem with a tire. I was sent to the waiting room and waited there for 1 1/2 hours. I took a walk and went outside and noticed my truck had not moved. I went in and questioned the service manager and he didn’t know what was going on and had to check. He told me they were going to get it in now. I told him to just get me the key and I would not be back.

I dropped off my car and asked if it would be done by 11:00. I returned at 11:15 and the car was ready.

Tammy is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Wouldn’t show any effort to fixing my radio problem.

Stopped by, no appointment. Needed some good wipers on my wife’s Toyota. Waited a short time and car was ready. Always treated well at Champion Chevrolet

Had appt for 1:30. Got there at 1:10 never heard anything then Arrived 1:10 Got word at 2:20 they put me on rack Told me at 2:40 they were doing the tire rotate 3:00 no new word Paid out at 3:23 Poor communication way too long for a oil change

Had my car in the shop for over 3 weeks. Picked it up from service and had to take it right back due to unfinished work. Many missing bolts and hardware plus broken clips not replaced just left hanging and multiple scratches in fenders from tech that performed work. Extremely disappointed.

From the moment i called the service department to talk to them about working on my 2021 Chevy Trailboss I could tell that they were concerned about my needs and were happy to work on my truck. I thought that ny truck would have to be worked on through the extended warranty but the service department informed me that my truck was still under factory warranty. At every step of the way of Champion Service Department working on my truck they advised me of what was going on and kept me well informed of everything going on. The last two scheduled oil changes have taken much longer than quoted. Leaving me waiting an extended amount of time to receive my vehicle back. I even gave an extra hour before I came back to pick up as sitting and waiting was no longer an option due to the amount of time. My vehicle was still not ready causing difficult for me with transportation. As I had planned around my oil change to have family help with my transportation. I drove for work seeing patients. So being without a vehicle for the whole day is not an option for me. I would like to better understand why the time is not ample to change my oil. I scheduled an 8am and returned at 11am with my car not even started. I would like to continue using Chevy but cannot if waiting for an oil change will be taking this long and leaving me without a vehicle.

All the people we talked to were very nice. Just couldn't come together on what I was looking for. I still have my vehicles serviced there. Thanks

Ivy, the service representative, was great with her help and assistance in resolving my service issues on my 2024 GMC truck. I came from out of town and she helped expedite my service, so I did not have to wait too long. She was very accommodating and the whole service experience was great. I got all of my issues resolved during my visit. I am from Chattanooga and I do not use the service at the dealer in Chattanooga. I drive to Champion in McMinnville just because they are so accommodating and efficient. I would certainly return for service and new purchases.

Everything went even smoother than I expected. Had to be in town early, so I dropped my truck off. I fully expected they would get to it at the appointment time. But they actually serviced it sooner . As usual, same caring and friendly people to meet and associate with. I trust Champion Chevrolet. They often go beyond the expected.

The technicians were great with communicating with me about the status of my vehicle and I appreciated how quickly I was able to get my vehicle back!

Good service friendly helpful staff

I brought my vehicle in for a leak on the transmission pan seal. It was the 2nd time. The inspection notes say it was noted leaking, but it is still wet and theee are drops of red transmission fluid on my driveway. I also requested a brake pad life reset for both axles. Only the front axle was reset. Upon discovering that the rear had not been reset, I called and was asked to return to have the rear reset.

I work less than half a mile away and didn’t have anyone to take me to work or help me retrieve my vehicle. They took me to work and delivered my vehicle to me. The work appears to have been completed as requested, except that they forgot to put the new oil change sticker on the windshield. I ran by after work the next day and they promptly took care of that. I also asked for clarification regarding: the bill, and Tammy explained everything to my satisfaction. Overall I am happy with this service.

I appreciated them getting me in quickly. It was my first time to meet Courtney. So far I like her. She is very pleasant.

Courtney was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle repaired under the extended warranty I had purchased with the truck. So far the repair seems to be going great and my issue was resolved. It took a little while which was no fault of the shop or Courtney it was more with the warranty company having to wait on them to approve things but I feel confident in my truck now and hope to get many more miles out of it.

first time at your dealership. Had a 1015 appointment for Just an oil change. After over an hour my vehicle still hadn’t moved. I had to inquire about it and I drove off the lot Finally at 11:50 what’s the point of having an appointment? People were very nice and friendly. One other thing there was no information printed out about the multi point inspection so I have to question whether it was done or not. USA

The dealership and service department are great. The 24 hour roadside assistance is a joke. We have to pay a wrecker to haul our vehicle to the dealership even though it is still under warranty.

I called the dealership to let them know that the high pressure fuel pump they replaced a little over a year ago went out again. I was told warranty would still cover this and to bring it in and all would be taken care of. I come and drop the car off and no more than a hour later I receive a call and received news that this would not be covered under warranty. More back story I had told them the issue codes before even coming and they agreed it’s the same codes the truck put out before. So I go to pick up my truck and they spring it’ll be $160 dollar fee for them even tough they did nothing. I ended up not paying for it but thought it was ridiculous that they would try and spring this on me.

I work next to them and they are so willing to come and get my car during my work hours and bring it back.
